We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office, Registration No ZA145335. As an ICO registered company C&C Communications works to the principles of the DPA, PECR and GDPR guidelines in respect of how personal information should be collected, processed, protected  and stored. All data is cleansed through our enhancement tool, which has the facility to match against the TPS, CTPS MPS, HLR, LLV, and more. In the case of permission based data, consent is freely given, with a genuine choice over whether or not to give consent and a reconsidered opt out option. Specific, consent is gained to the type of marketing communication in question.  The data subject is clearly informed and understands what they are consenting to.
